MARALAL: 340 km from Nairobi.

Maralal is situated towards the north of the country. This safari destination is a stopover point for our safaris to the Northern destinations of Kenya that can not be reached in a day. The campsite that ew pitch up at has camels, so one is able to make arrangements for camel rides on the plains of Maralal.  You get to see wild animals like Zebra, Impala and Gazelle on camel back.

Also the Samburu morans [your guides] tell you of their way of life and culture as you ride along. Before heading back to camp you visit a typical Samburu homestead where you learn more about the Samburu culture.
