RUSSIAN TV EXPEDITIONS is the independent project of "MEDIA TOURISM Travel Writers Club", a non-commercial association, established in 2000 by several Russian tour operators, freelancing journalists and Mass Media institutions. Media Tourism Travel Writers club is the founder of Geographic Elisseevs Society, dedicated to Russian travel writer Alexander Elisseev. The aim of the organization is to promote new travel destinations in the Russian Travel Market. After every tour organised by the club, members of the tour party  write a series of articles and travel reports about the destination that they visited for TV.  

 Media Tourism Travel Writers Club work very closely with Russian and CIS TV channels, who have the best rating in programs, for example: "Way of Life" -  Ikh Nravy (NTV), "Around the World" (RTR), "Naturalist Travels" (ORT) etc. The club also provides a range of articles in magazines and newspapers, dedicated to geography, tourism and travel. RUSSIAN TV EXPEDITIONS is the only project, which combines interests and activity of different TV channels and producing companies, specialized in World Geography.
