SAMBURU: 350 km from Nairobi.

Samburu is towards the North of Kenya. It is a semi - arid, dry bush land, with the River Ewaso Ngiro flowing through it.

Leopards can easily be sighted here and o ca Oryx, Elephant and Gazelle. Unique species such as the Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra and the Reticulated Giraffe are also seen here. 

The Ewaso Ngiro is a permanent river that is the source of water to all the wildlife in Samburu. One is bound to se Crocodiles basking on its  sandy river banks.
