TIMAU: 225 km from Nairobi.
Timau is a small fishing town just outside Nyanyuki. This destination is a stopover point for safaris to Samburu. The camp is located on the edge of a forest, and it is possible to go for nature walks.
Mt. Kenya, Africa's second highest mountain can be seen from certain points of the camp. Timau is hot during the day, but the nights do get chilly.
